NBB Refund and Weather Policy

High winds, precipitation, thunderstorms, and extreme hot/cold temperatures pose hazards for the safe operation of our inflatables. Our policies below outline the treatment of rentals encountering such unfavorable weather conditions. Note that these policies are specific to inclement weather conditions only and in no way apply to normal weather conditions.

Delivery and Usage for Outdoor Events

1. In the event of heavy rain, NBB will not deliver or install the units at the event location.

2. In the event of light rain with a forecast for clearing skies, unit/s will be delivered and installed as requested.

3. In the event of an extreme temperature forecast, the equipment can not be used. The acceptable range is between 35-90 degrees Fahrenheit. 

4. In the event of wind conditions exceeding 15MPH, NBB units may be installed but not inflated for use until the wind condition improves to less than 15 MPH.  If/when wind conditions rise in excess of 15MPH, units must be secured and units deflated until the wind conditions improve to within acceptable limits.

 

Weather-Related Rescheduling

1. In the event customer postpones the event date due to inclement weather or extreme temperature, NBB will make every effort to reschedule the rental of the same units on an alternate date. When the same units are unavailable for the rescheduled date, the event becomes fully refundable minus credit card fees. 

2. In the event rented units are installed and operational for >50% of the agreed-upon event length, the event is considered official and will not be rescheduled or refunded. 

3. In the event rented units are installed and operational for <50% of the agreed-upon event length, a proportional credit based on time may be offered towards future events or a proportional refund minus credit card fees.

Severe Weather Cancellation Can Apply to Either Indoor or Outdoor Events

1. In the event weather conditions are forecast as potentially severe, NBB reserves the right to raincheck or cancels the reservation. NBB initiated cancellations are fully refundable minus vendor credit card fees.

2. In the event weather conditions are forecast as potentially severe, customers maintain the right of reservation cancellation.  However, NBB requires customers to provide a minimum 24-hour notification of customer cancellation due to inclement weather to be eligible for a refund of deposit.

3. Customers shall have the right to severe weather cancellation up to time units installation.  Upon installation of units, however, units shall be considered rented and subsequently non-refundable.

4. This policy is limited to justifiable weather cancellations only and does not apply to any other reason for customer cancellation.

Customer Initiated Reschedule and Cancellation Policy

1. Reschedules or cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the event start without incurring any fees.

2. If we secured food, beverage, or venue for you, the reschedule and cancellation policy will follow that of those third-party vendors. 

3. A customer reschedule or cancellation within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee

4. A customer reschedule or cancellation within 2 hours of the event start will incur a $100 fee
